This policy explains what JayJon Communications collects when you use jayjon.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Introduction
JayJon Communications, registered in Nigeria at 4 Benji Iheme Avenue, Owerri North L.G.A, Imo State, Nigeria 460108, is the data controller for this site.
Consent
By using the site you consent to this policy. Where we rely on consent for anything specific — marketing email, for instance — we ask separately, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Information we collect
What you give us. Name, email, phone, company and whatever you write in a form. We ask for it so we can reply.
What is collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time of visit. This is ordinary server and analytics logging.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries, provide and improve the service, communicate about a project, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember preferences — your choice of light or dark mode is one of them — and to understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse them; parts of the site may then work less well.
Third parties
Some services we use — analytics and hosting among them — process data on our behalf. They have their own policies, and we do not control them.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format.
Under GDPR these are the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Under CCPA, they include the right to know and to delete, and the right to opt out of any sale — we do not sell data.
Write to info@jayjon.com and we will respond within one month.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Content delivery network
We may serve assets through a CDN. Your IP address is visible to that provider as part of delivering them.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and no longer than necessary. Ask us to delete it and we will.
